About our service
AllSalons is a discovery and matching platform for salons, spas and beauty professionals. We are not a salon or spa and we do not provide beauty services. Appointment requests submitted through the platform are requests only — an appointment exists only once the salon confirms it directly with you.
Salon profile information, including license-verified badges, is provided "as is". A verified badge means a defined fact was checked at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of quality or current status.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account, post reviews or submit appointment requests.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One review per salon per account; automated or coordinated manipulation of ratings is prohibited.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience and follow our Review Guidelines. We may quarantine, remove or relabel reviews that violate those guidelines. Moderation is never influenced by a business paying or not paying for placement — paid plans never affect ratings.
Business claims
Claiming a salon profile requires an attestation of your identity and role at the business. Claims take effect only after our verification team approves them. False attestations may result in removal of management access.
Purchases, billing and refunds
Sponsored placements and Premium Profile subscriptions are billed through Base44 Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Third-party links
Salon profiles include links to external websites, phone systems and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllSalons is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from services you book with a business you found here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
